Write for Success desires to make every effort to meet the needs of its students.

In the event that students experience any difficulty with the course, they or their parents are encouraged to contact the instructor in order to work toward resolving the difficulty.

If a student finds it necessary to withdraw from a course, the instructor should be notified by email at ann@writeforsuccesstoday.com. 

• A $30 registration fee will be withheld from all requests.
• If the request to withdraw from an Advanced or Intermediate course is made prior to the course start date, a refund of the course cost minus $100 and the registration fee will be made.
• For those in Elementary courses, a refund of the cost minus $50 and the registration fee will be made.
• If the request to withdraw is made during the first two weeks of the course, a refund of 60% of the course cost less the registration fee will be made.

The withdrawal email date will determine the date of the request.

Refunds will not be made after the course has been in session for two weeks.
